About Us
Olivia Muscat Racing is a family run race team established in 2006, originally being called Robert Muscat Racing and then Muscat Motorsports. We are based in Mackay, QLD and do most of our racing around the north QLD area but occasionally travel further away for bigger races. We have recently in the last year expanded our little race team and gained 4 wonderful sponsors Thommo Tyres, NQ Car And Truck Rental, RMS Performance Engineering and Cols Fiberglass.,who have helped with so many things behind the scenes.
Olivia Muscat Racing is a 2 person race team consisting of myself and my Dad (Robert Muscat). Sometimes having such a small team is a bit challenging but we make the most of it and always make the best out of the situations.
My dad Robert Muscat created Robert Muscat Racing back in 2006 where he kicked off his career on the dirt in a formula 500 then later on in his career making the huge step up to 410 sprintcars. Being around speedway for pretty much all of my childhood I had fallen in love with the atmosphere. Then in 2017 we decided to make a change to our little team and expand which then came the name Muscat Motorsports, but Muscat Motorsports was very short lived as when I started in Junior Sedans my dad decided it was time to focus his time on my racing and sold up, which is then where we are now. Olivia Muscat Racing started in 2017. I have been lucky to have so many amazing experiences while racing being awarded the 2018/19 junior sedan best presented car and crew award and the 2017/18 sugar city saloon car club rookie of the year award. I have also been lucky enough to race both a RWD car and a FWD car.
